Executive Employment Package Review Studio
A structured program for leaders preparing employment consultations in Germany who need more than a quick skim of the offer letter.
Learning outcomes
- Produce a personal clause ledger covering pay, time, restraint, and relocation.
- Distinguish market-ordinary German senior terms from aggressive outliers.
- Run a timed consultation rehearsal with prioritized counters.
- Brief counsel with specific questions instead of vague discomfort.

Modules
Instructor
Lena Hartmann facilitates the studio. She has coached senior hires across Rheinland-Pfalz, Hesse, and Bavaria and previously supported internal mobility programs for two mid-market industrial groups. She is not a solicitor; participants are encouraged to keep independent counsel.
Participant notes
I used the Module 4 notice matrix in a real HR call the next morning. The structure kept me from apologizing my way into a weaker position.
Strong on relocation friction. I would have liked a longer segment on deferred compensation tax timing—still worth the clinic fee for the ledger alone.
FAQ
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Cloudcache Core provides educational consultation preparation. Binding advice remains with your qualified counsel in Germany.
How much time should I reserve each week?
Most participants schedule three to four hours weekly across reading, annotation, and clinic attendance.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We do not negotiate directly with your employer, and we cannot predict how a specific works council or board will respond. If your offer turns on highly specialized regulatory licensing, you will still need sector counsel beyond our modules.
Can I join while an offer deadline is imminent?
Yes—ask about a Clause Brief first. The full studio is a poor fit when you have fewer than ten days before signature unless you already know the documents well.
